We heard that feedback loud and clear last year, which is why we have slowed down on that front recently. I can assure you that we are constantly evaluating our teams' bandwidth and add as necessary. Thank you for your feedback. I agree with you, our flexible time off policy is great. Work life balance is so important. I understand your frustration about disorganization between teams. Sovos is a very highly matrixed organization where teams work cross-functionally with frequency. Sometimes that can make things feel more complex or complicated than necessary. However, there are many very compelling reasons why we chose this model. It allows for diverse skill development, increased opportunities for collaboration and networking, greater exposure to leadership, empowerment for employees, a truly global perspective as well as career opportunities. Which is why I am surprised to hear that you found limited opportunities for advancement. Close to 25% of all of our open roles in FY23 were filled internally.
