Thanks for the note. I love your feedback about access to leaders. I think I speak for our entire leadership team when I say how much we value the relationships we have with team members across the business. Our doors are truly always open and we are happy to share our experiences, address concerns, listen to ideas or even just brainstorm. We are constantly evaluating how our organizational structure and we look at what makes sense for us right now. While our individual lines of business are stand alone, we are also highly matrixed. That means that we have to work really effectively cross-functionally in order to be successful.
