Your callout on constant regulatory change is absolutely spot-on – it’s one of the best and simultaneously, one of the most difficult parts of this industry. You’re right, it can be a lot of work to keep up with all of the mandates and changes but, it’s also part of what offers stability to our employees and makes our services a “need to have” vs a “nice to have”.
