The company is focused on taxes, and in LATAM government loves to change everything many times a year, so lot of work

Your callout on constant regulatory change is absolutely spot-on – it’s one of the best and simultaneously, one of the most difficult parts of this industry. You’re right, it can be a lot of work to keep up with all of the mandates and changes but, it’s also part of what offers stability to our employees and makes our services a “need to have” vs a “nice to have”. We have great customers. It makes you feel happy to help them.

Cons

Confusing architecture. Poor engineering leadership. Slow innovation. Red flag when they fired people that spoke up for necessary technical improvements.
