reasonable hours - 9-5 easy commute - many work from home nice colleagues - the people that get hired are stronger than those that hire them

Cons

no growth opportunity - flat org terrible pay - at least 25% under industry avgs mixed mgmt - some strong, some not

Salary is decent. People you work with on daily basis (peers) are great.

Cons

They sack employees without thinking twice. Freshers suffer due to lack of training in company. Company management is so bad, every 2 weeks one employee resigns.

Culture is uninspiring, veteran coworkers are burnt out and training is difficult to acquire. Very steep learning curve.
