Spec's is in a growth mode and have acquired multiple locations throughout the state of Texas. The ownership and executive management group prides itself on being accessible to all levels of the team. The growth potential is outstanding if you are willing to do the work. Everyone gets their hands dirty at this job and that is what makes it great!

Cons

If you require a detailed and structured environment, you might struggle in this environment.

Store opens 10am-9pm so good hours. Not a lot of cleanup. Friendly staff. Incentives for selling certain things.

Cons

Not many holidays off because its alcohol. Incentives to sell certain things makes it competitive and not get along with people. Fells awkward because of drunk billigerent customers.
