Pros

Laid back chill environment, awesome co workers and nice managers. Employee discount is nice but not great. Job isn’t too laborious and pretty easy if you have good work ethic

Cons

No raises, no proper training, no overtime, only 4 Saturdays a year off, no sitting even if it’s at a computer, flaky co workers who never show up or always call out, high turnover rate

Employee discount on certain things. Sundays off by law.

Cons

No OT No Holiday pay No Health Benefits No Bonuses No Raises No time set aside for proper training and no designated areas for computer trainings with chairs or distraction free areas. Zero competitive pay but open availability is required for FT.
