Good coworkers High pay for bachelors degree Great experience Connections to other career paths

Cons

Have to use your own PTO for holidays that are not optional to take off Constantly changing directives Upper management does not care and will enforce policy that is unfair for participants Upper management is unqualified/not professional or good at their job (with the exception of 1/2) No support from management They will overwork you if you do a basic good job Ridiculous write up policy (be ready to get written up for anything and everything)

Allow employees to park in Handicapped parking spots....(but, they're in health care and supposed to be concerned. Nothing adds up)

Cons

Leaders will complain about thier job in front of staff. You can only do what your manager says. No creatively. Not the place for an intelligent person to work.
