The PTO is great here.

Cons

Everything. At my location, they like to punish good supervisors. They like to bully staff members. The upper management at the location I worked at would talk behind supervisors backs, push them over the edge, and burn them into the ground. This location does not care about their employees, they only care about money. There are people in upper management who will badmouth their good workers and then wonder why the staff turnover rate is so high.
