Company has trainings off site. Needs more on site training that directly correlates to job expectations and requirements. Eliminate old protocols and define.

Cons

Low pay, micromanagement of Clinical Staff, no communication or training. Chaotic. Management is condescending and only cares about the ratings and audits!

The Spectrum is very structured with a client focused, evidence based curriculum. Supervisors are supportive and actively engaged in team development with skill building and professional critiques to address challenges and well as utilizing positive motivation to maintain congruence with the RSAT team.

Cons

All documentation is hand written and maybe illegible when reviewing charts. Some groups are extremely large and unmanageable.
