You have a lot of freedom to work with clients how you want to. Awesome co-workers and supportive management.

Cons

The clinical paperwork can be repetitive and extensive. Electronic paperwork would be nice.

Pros

Cleanliness is valued. Appearance is important. Excellent at medical detoxification protocol. Staff genuinely care about the client's best interests. Experienced in the industry.

Cons

No value for clinical staff... only management decisions matter... even though management does not understand the product or the services being provided. A very disappointing experience! The client's are wonderful! Overworked and disgruntled employees permeate the culture in the Faris building. The organizational culture is low-spirited due to authoritarian management style; therefore, employee retention is extremely low.

I always felt like I was doing something important, despite the lack of appreciation from upper management.

Cons

Decisions are made without asking how how it will affect the people who actually have to implement them. Unqualified people brought in from outside to fill positions instead of promoting within.
