A total waste of time

Pros

remote work friendly. good work/life balance. salary was good for remote work.

Cons

No potential job growth - feels stagnant - feeling that you will be in that same position the whole time you are working for this company. Pointless projects - Management doesn't share the overall goal/use of assigned projects. Useless management - They aren't problem solvers, just take in complaints and only act if there is a legal issue. Jaded senior coworkers - Senior coworkers seem to be okay and expect management to be bad and its affected them as well. seniors don't seem to be in a mind set of helping the newer coworkers thrive and want to set them up for failure.
