      Pros

      I loved my co-workers, the president seemed to value individuals and was active in the team meetings.

      Cons

      Worked LONG hours and never received overtime pay or compensation for time spent away from family and in the office, expected to work on Saturdays and the entire team would receive rude/degrading emails expressing disappointment that some people could not be in every Saturday. Neither of those "expectations" were shared with me when hired. I handled a big customer and brought in over $700,000 in revenue in 4 months and never received commission over $15. When I put in my two weeks, I was fired two days later VIA text at 9pm.

      Pros

      Coming from an intern, I saw a lot of positive factors such as great people, awesome location, and willing managers that always wanted to help there employees.

      Cons

      None to say! I enjoyed learning about the freight industry through my internship, but ultimately not for me.

      Pros

      Spot provides you the opportunity to run your own business and be your own boss. If you're aggressive and hungry. You can be very successful and the earnings are unlimited. Office environment is fun and fast pace. Be prepared to come in with a good attitude and work hard/play hard. The location in South End is second to none. We're a tight nit group, looking for people to come in prepared to grow the office. We all want each other to be successful and compete.

      Cons

      Nothing at this point, its sales. You have to put in the time and effort to be successful.
