Good Training - Team Focused - Good Communication - Personal Accountability - Great Job for People Interested in Transportation - Self Management of Workload - Competitive

Cons

PTO is accrued and only 10 days for the year - have to work on weekends depending on the workload - Some of the rules they have set in place to make the work "fair" does the opposite - Commision is hard to obtain if you are new to the brokerage world

Pay, camaraderie, lower level management

Cons

Stress, lack of work life balance, constantly changing processes, unreliable software, unrealistic/disconnected expectations for how things should work from upper management/owners. Encouraged to white lie to carriers and customers about rates and contract negotiations.
