Pros

Spots is in an industry that is always needed so you will have job security so long as you just do your job. There is a potential to make a lot of money or decent money.

Cons

- Certain managers are unskilled/inexperienced in the industry as Carrier Sales and decide to move to Manager positions because they know they wont make it in Sales - Culture overall lacks what they have at their HQ - No work life balance, when they said they do its a lie. - HR is your direct management so if you have a complaint against him and you go to the actual HR rep. He will hear it none the less.

It's been an incredible experience working here. There is good energy, things are happening, and I feel empowered to make my own decisions.

Cons

No real cons, other than commute traffic in and out isn't always the best.

Some nice people out there. Gym

Cons

They don't hire anyone over 35. I noticed a man I knew from Echo in an interview a few weeks ago. I overheard them days later saying they did not want to hire him because he was " too nice " and "older". The guy was no that old and because I worked with him in the past I know he would have been awesome. Because of this I'm looking for a new job. I don't work for places that think or operate like this.
