Bring in huge classes of new hires and the majority of them either quit or are fired within a few months.

Positive work environment. Very supportive team. A lot of different opportunities for career advancement.

Cons

Accrual- based PTO so time off is limited at the start of employment. 100% in office

Pros

Spot is full of helpful and personable people. From managers to trainers to nearly everyone in the building, you'd be hard pressed to find someone unwilling to help you with just about anything.

Cons

The work is a grind, but once you learn the ropes things become easier and more simplified. Which is why the support staff is so wonderful!
