Pros

Great people. Great philosophy coming from the executive positions. Could potentially be great with some changes to the management team and/or additional training.

Cons

Management flip flops on policy, week by week. They fail to execute on the philosophies of the founders. Management is also not receptive of any feedback, even though they have an “open door policy”. It’s well known around the company that if you put in a two week notice, you’ll be fired on the spot. Showing everyone that employees aren’t valued. There is no work/life balance. To be successful, you are always on call.

Pros

Solid work environment with freedom. Strong work ethic instilled in the culture. Allows you to make as much as money as you are willing to work hard and compete for.

Cons

Disorganized in certain areas within the company. No ability to work from home even though everything is done through computer and phone. Very competitive and high turnover. Not for you if you aren’t willing to put in the work for long term success. Cold calling, high stress, and problems daily.
