This place was awful. If you want to be in sales, this is the worst place you could start. They do not offer leads of any kind you’re literally left to your own and they don’t even split up people into regions, it’s a huge free for all. They don’t give you the necessary tools to be successful, not to mention you get a “report card” with letter grades on it and it is impossible to do well on it unless you cheat the system. The things they grade you on hypocrisies each other. What is this 3rd grade? Micro managers breathing down your neck to be doing 110% when it’s not even possible to do so. Not to mention, I have not worked here since last year, and the company NEVER sent me my W2. When I tried to call and see when I should be getting it, the entire HR teams voicemails boxes were full so I can’t even communicate with them. Will have to now ensue IRS action to get these documents.
