Pros

Young energetic people to work with and good training

Cons

Constant stress, disrespect between co-workers, must be available 24/7, thousands of dollars just to park, lie to you in order for you to accept job (recruiters get commission to bring you on), and realistically commission is only possible when other leave and working on weekends.
