      I've never felt more welcome at a company

      Pros

      I've felt more comfortable at Spot than any of my previous employers. Why? A magnitude of reasons: -I feel valued by my immediate supervisor -I was provided extensive training -Ownership cares and make themselves available to talk...not just through e-mail, but an actual conversation. -My co-workers go out of their way to make me feel included.

      Cons

      None to mention. It's pretty cut & dry...you show up on time, you work to the best of your ability, you can expect to be rewarded for it.
