      Relaxed dress code Motivating Fun Engaging Challenging (growth) This is a company that really makes sure that your hard work is rewarded.

      None that I can think of. Spot, overall, was a great place to work.

      Terrible

      Pros

      They had a modern office, and it was close to alot of good places to get lunch.

      Cons

      Terrible hours, toxic work environment, and 2 ego-driven micro-managing CEOs. The parking garage they provide is expensive, run-down and attracts alot of vagrants and homeless.

      Lots of Cold Calls

      Great coworkers! Great atmosphere, made some great friends- everyone has great energy.

      Very overworked, lots of late night calls, no time off, not great management
