Cons

Less than average PTO/Holidays (I’m working on Christmas eve) Harder than advertised to hit commission (usually more than 12 months)

Quotas - although they prepare you, and give ramps, still have numbers to meet Not a lot of opportunity for collaboration Work/life balance can be thrown off if goals not met
