Pros

A big pro is the passion your co-workers share for their role. There is a palpable sense that people wake up excited to come into work everyday. As a buyer, I love the relationships I've built with my vendors. There's a lot of autonomy when it comes to how you implement and grow those accounts. If you don't know something, there's also a lot of willingness to share information among staff. It never feels like you're competing against colleagues but working with them to grow the company. In terms of benefits, paying 100% of monthly health premium is great, there is dental and vision coverage as well. There are also a few random perks (home buying assistance after 2 years, vacation after X years, etc). Hours are also good. Your requirements are very dependent on what hours you and your manager set. I've found a lot of flexibility if I need to take care of errands during the middle of the day, etc.

Cons

The flip side of having a lot of autonomy to create your own process is we need more standardized processes as a company (this varies by department). It's definitely something folks are working on but more work to be done. Another con is the benefits. While there are stock options, there is no 401k program. Another benefit that would be good to add is student loan repayment assistance (many companies are moving in this direction).

We appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback, as well as a few suggestions for improvement. As we grow and scale, we must keep a continued focus on building and refining our processes, and while we have made many improvements in this area, there's still plenty of work to be done. Thank you for your candor in pointing this out!

Pros

Impressive training and development team, there are plenty of opportunities to improve yourself and help out others! Team members and management value the hard work that team members put in. Opportunity for advancement if you motivate yourself to do so. There is flexibility (especially with unlimited vacation) if you're open and communicate with your team members, but they expect you to get your work done. They've done a great job of increasing family events and other events that cater to families as well as happy hours and company trips for team members that don't have families. The stock appreciation rights is a huge pull as well.

Cons

If you're coming here for an 8-5, this isn't the place to come. Sometimes there's so much to do that you get a little overwhelmed, but that comes with having an impactful role.
