      Pros

      Every department is full of genuinely nice people looking to work hard together for the good of the company. For my roles in the company the training programs were done very well. Terrific benefits for full time employees. Great company culture for young professionals to seek out.

      Growing so fast that there are times when not everyone is on the same page about things.

      If you're looking for a company where you can make a serious impact on a business, Spreetail is the place. Everyone is working towards the same goal, we work together and we work hard. You will constantly be challenged and learn something new every day. You are in charge of your success.

      Cons

      E-commerce changes quickly, so your job will change often - this can be challenging, but also rewarding and fun. We are in an industry that never stops, it's definitely exciting!

      - This is a growing company that has a ton of opportunities to make an impact from day one! - The Culture: You will work with people that are surely smarter then you in some capacity, but they are all willing to help!! Thus only helping you grow. - The E-commerce pie is growing, and Spreetail is a top player in the game with key partnerships with major players. Did I mention we are growing....fast! - We are all working hard for each other with our goal as the target and our mantra as the driving force of how we will get there. Be ready to run, in a walking business world

      Cons

      - In the 24/7 retail world, that calls for some longer days as our business never closes. There is always something that can be done, which leads to some longer days. May be checking emails or prices on the weekend. Not so much a con, just a fact of the matter. Huge goals, and sometimes that means working outside of core hours. But always at your own discretion. - YOU WILL WEAR MULTIPLE HATS!! This is not for everyone and it can be a challenge.
