Pros

The future of Spreetail is very bright with a high company growth trajectory. The company sets high expectations that stretch both the individuals and company to grow together. Invests well above the national average in the employees personal/professional development (soft skills, hard skills, management training, etc). The opportunity to work along side some of the most effective and intelligent leaders. New hires are empowered to make an immediate impact, if you see an opportunity to improve your department or an area in the business you go for it. Passionate in supporting their local communities and non profits through various volunteer and giveback programs each month. This place knows how to have fun! Always social gatherings available every week/month to partake in, both in and outside of the office to get to know employees/families from other departments.

Cons

Some departments are further along than others in role training. For new hires early on in Business Dev it can be a little confusing at times to delineate between our retail name vminnovations and the spreetail name.

Pros

Spreetail has a very good work atmosphere. People truly like coming into work every morning and are very committed to the long work weeks in hopes of achieving the goals that have been set forth by management. They provide very fun things to do outside of work and seek to engage the community as well. Spreetail has a lot of big things in their future.

Cons

There are very few opportunities for promotion within the company. All of the higher up positions being created are being filled with candidates from around the country, not from within. There are also pretty limited opportunities to work outside of your immediate role at the company to try new things and develop professionally, everyone is so busy you pretty much only have time to do exactly what your job description is. Also, if you are a younger business person looking to work full time, Spreetail subscribes to the idea that culture makes up for a lower salary.

Pros

Upon starting at Spreetail, I immediately felt welcomed, inspired, and excited to wake up and go to work each day. If you're looking for a company that encourages you to learn and grow, this is it. If you're looking to make a dent in universe, this is your place. If you're okay with working hard, this is your place.

Cons

Because it's a "start up," there will always be some growing pains.
