Pros

Fun work environment, high engagement with other interns. Company trip, drinks on Friday afternoons, overall it was a fun summer.

Cons

Outside of software, it doesn't seem like the internship program is very structured. I did not end up gaining much valuable experience from this internship, which was a shame.

There is plenty of opportunity to grow personally and professionally through leadership development programs, retreats, and engaging with other employees day to day. The work is hard, so it falls on employees to manage themselves and keep pushing.

Cons

The rapid growth is making it hard to get to know everyone. Lot's of challenges arise that few here have experience dealing with.
