Pros

No comfort zone allowed. Spreetail is where you will spread your wings to become the better version of yourself personally and professionally. It sounds scary but growth usually is. The challenges at Spreetail push you and when you conquer them, the gain is pure confidence! I have been here over 2 years and I have not taken on or pursed as many opportunities anywhere else. The hands on, act like an owner approach is the driving force to continue to challenge yourself, and every week feels brand new.

Cons

Time management is key, especially in a fast paced environment - meaning for some a work life balance can be a struggle to manage.

Pros

Spreetail is a company that promotes an open atmosphere that allows its employees to contribute to game changing decisions. As a data driven company if the data is there then any idea has merit!

Cons

The hours do add up but so do the individual contributions to company success.

Pros

Great coworkers, great culture - get to work with some smart and fun people Challenging work, so you won’t get bored easily Not a lot of companies out there can offer so many things such as: happy hours, company trips, bonuses, employee of the month bonus and lunch and much more Personal and professional growth – easy to grow, a lot of opportunities are offered, you can own any projects you want, you just have to show the interest. It’s all in your hands, you decide will you take it or not The future growth looks great – ecommerce is growing which is good but also challenging, so a lot of opportunity to make your dent here. Pay is very competitive Great office and location in Lincoln, close to downtown area but without all of that noise Spreetail is great for people who know what they want, want to learn and grow as professional Overall, if I had to do it again, I would do it, not regretting that I worked 5+ years in this company.

Cons

Spreetail is not for everybody, be prepared to work really hard, 50+ hours (depends on departments as well but generally all people work super hard) Work/life balance – sometimes hard to find that balance Aggressive but very achievable goals – that could be good and bad, good that we usually meet them but bad that we really must work extra hard to achieve them. Lack of motivation/inspiration sometimes on new projects or objectives, I think this one area that we can improve on. I think with the right motivation, we can move the mountains.
