you literally only have a 1 hour lunch break, unless there is overtime then you only get a 30 min lunch. No breaks, they do not let you rest if you are in Inbound. The manager is rude, she does not understand anything. And you have to just assume what's going on because there are maybe a handful of people that speak English in Inbound. And during orientation or the interview, no one tells you these things until your out on the floor. oh, and you have to work Saturdays, which they do not tell you either.
