Decent salary, cool co-workers most of the time

Cons

Policies and procedures change daily. Management seemed fake. Poor training. On-boarding is a JOKE. Just go with another mental health company. The structure of SH is a joke and it seems like management consultation team needs a lot of help. The company has so much potential...smh!

Pay is decent compared to other companies Individual teams are great

Cons

No longer have flexible PTO for hourly workers.. leadership says this is due to a discrepancy in some team members taking 2 days of PTO and some taking 60 hours of PTO. Maybe speak with those managers approving that much PTO to mitigate this properly instead of taking away a benefit from an entire group of workers. Which by the way, was not removed from salaried workers. I guess hourly workers are bottom of the barrel. Additionally, our $500 wellness reimbursement was taken away but given back when the new PTO model was announced because they knew it would cause backlash. Except it is taxed so enjoy your $300. Changes in insurance has caused headaches for so many.
