      Pros

      - Opportunity to work with people who care deeply about mental health and who have done great boots-on-the-ground work in the space - Really smart and kind teammates (for the most part)

      Cons

      - Lack of true vision and strategy - Trying to be everything for everyone with no clear direction of what we're trying to get right - Lack of emotional intelligence among the most influential C-Suite - Totally flawed logic - Care more about performance than they do development - Just feels wrong to be so anchored in how do we win and IPO and make $$$ in this field VERSUS how do we good in the world

      Pros

      - They have assessments to help keep up with how each client is progressing or needs further help - There is a chance every quarter to be eligible for a bonus - They pay well and are easy to work with - They provide a full case load of clients & are always working on getting contracts with more companies

      Cons

      - Not really a con, but notes have to be completed in 72 hours which is good for me because I am usually a procrastinator
