      I have ~20 years of experience and working here has been ironically and uniquely horrible for my mental and physical health. Execs are entirely incapable of walking the talk on mental health. You get ahead if you’re “liked”. Consistently under resourced. Time-off is considered a luxury and highly scrutinized.
