Spring Health’s team of 30 is bright and hardworking. We are moving toward the same higher purpose with great momentum. After 18 months of watching our team mature, I believe this group is well along its path in making a positive, lasting impact on the lives and wellbeing of its Members. I wake up excited to go to work every day. On my first day, my manager gifted me a potted plant and his favorite books on healthcare. This was a pretty good analogy for the period of intense personal growth that followed. As someone that intends to work on mental health for the next decade and beyond, I am immersed in the learning about the industry alongside equally passionate peers.
