      PTO WFH Pay Constant opportunities to contribute Been here since last year and honestly have been asked to express my opinions and where I wanna go more than I can count. My manager took what I wanted and ran with it as well. If you do perform well, there is no micromanagement and you will be recognized,

      This job is SUPER stressful and there is always a million things to do. Proceed with caution if you cannot handle a heavy workload and a super - I mean incredibly - fast paced environment that changes by the week

      Pros

      -Benefits are great, including a wellness stipend, professional development stipend, and they even reimburse therapy sessions. - Supportive team, everyone is always willing to help - I feel like our concerns are heard and action is taken. A few months ago this job was very stressful, but they put measures in place to make our lives easier. I’ve never had that working anywhere else.

      Pros

      The alignment to our mission from each team member even as we have expanded from roughly 100 employees when joined to over 900. Autonomy to work on your projects and push initiatives through when looking to make a difference. We value good ideas and execution and allow everyone to bring forward change. Love working with a mission driven organization that is looking to improve the world. I absolutely love my colleagues. They aren't just co workers but close friends of mine who truly care for me and my development both professionally and personally.

      Cons

      As a start up there are alot of moving pieces. Can be difficult to understand what each department is doing and why. Things pivot quickly so you need to be very diligent to stay on top of all moving pieces. Can be lack of resources in certain areas but team members are always willing to support.
