Pros

The mission is amazing and people really care about mental health. The Company is growing like crazy, with a competitive product. Strong founder and customer success leader keep winning big customers. There are some really talented people here.

Cons

Busy, fast paced. It's not long work hours or weekends, but there is a lot of pressure.

I was a bit weary of the reviews when I joined, but so far the culture has been amazing! Great people, pay and benefits, and bright future ahead. There’s a lot of exciting things happening and the product is truly making a difference in the industry and with lives. I think the company is really trying to listen to its employees and that in itself makes me feel valued. I feel like a cornball, but I’m happy with my experience here.

The is the best group of individuals I have worked with collectively. I've felt seen and heard throughout my time here and no one is unreachable. We're constantly encouraged to share feedback and address concerns in a truthful manner. I can show up as myself every day, even if it's not my best self, and the most valuable takeaway is that my team is willing to help with anything. If your values align with the company, I would strongly suggest applying!

Cons

There are a lot of manual processes to work through as automation is being built.
