      Pros

      Great employee structure with a strong team of dedicated professionals. Empathic and courteous team structure that is willing to help each other when needed. I really enjoy being part of a team that is working together to provide value to each other and our customers

      Cons

      Challenges with any high growth company, alot of moving parts and having to wear multiple hats, but I find this encouraging as the company is growing with the sole focus of helping others. When things don't fully go to plan, that is life hard to plan for unforeseen future challenges.

      Pros

      - Fast-paced, high growth start-up in an industry that is hot - Autonomy to make decisions and take risks to help scale the company - If you don't want your CEO or leadership team to be dedicated to growing the business and care deeply about making an impact, Spring Health is not for you - If you just want to cruise by w/o putting in the work and making an impact, this company is not for - If you want to be part of something special + meaningful + being part of the next unicorn while busting your a** rather than be complacent, Spring Health is the right place for you - I read all the negative reviews before I joined and had some reservations, I can honestly tell you they are wrong. All people - leaders, managers, etc. have areas of improvement but instinct that most of the people who left negative reviews did not want to put in the time or energy to make this start-up or any start-up successful. They rather cruise by.

      Cons

      - This is my 4th start-up and every single start-up or large corporation has areas of improvement but none that would make me consider anything less than 5 stars - Areas of improvement can be professional and personal development, but this will come as the company grows and matures (again a series B start-up).

      Work from home, good benefits and decent amount of PTOs.

      Cons

      Growing faster than upper management can keep up and it is starting to reflect in communication and beginning to feel very non-start up.
