      The Care Team at Spring Health is extremely thoughtful, intentional, and compassionate in understanding not only the mental health of our members but our own mental health internally as a company. The leadership is also very open to feedback and applying the feedback as quickly as possible. I appreciate the vulnerability in our company and the care and appreciation we demonstrate to one another. Also, there's a lot of really funny people in the company. The culture feels very fun.

      Fast-paced environment. Constantly embracing new changes. Sometimes the disorganization feels overwhelming.

      Great mission, tons of growth in a short amount of time. No two days are the same. Fantastic benefits and the clinical team is extremely supportive, open, and diverse.
