-Management does a great job career pathing for reps so that if you come in and do your job well you will be able to grow your career. Very different from the "survival of the fittest" mentalities you often see in tech sales. -As a mental health company, they take great care to ensure the mental health of their employees is a priority -The people at Spring are very bright, passionate people who are truly connected to the mission -April is an awesome CEO who clearly makes it a priority for Spring to be a great place to work -I don't ever not want to work for Mark Jacobs
