Pros

You get to know the leadership at Spring. The founders are open books. While they are young and learning, they are also brilliant and they care! If you like working hard and enjoy an environment that lives it's brand, this is a great place to land. I feel respected and cared about in a way that I haven't seen in corporate America for many years.

Cons

It's a start-up, so some processes are still being built.

Pros

Purpose-driven, prioritizes diversity, a growth rocket ship, thoughtful teammates

Cons

Working at any startup is precarious and exciting. The atmosphere is amorphous and challenging (in a good way).

Pros

Company has a great mission and is delivering quality resources to employers and their employees. Company moves fast and has a solid footprint in the market. Mental health is a very hot topic with employers across the US so is a good industry to be in.

Cons

Typical growing pains of a younger company. Bandwidth issues across teams is sometimes an issue but is something that is being addressed as the company continues to grow.
