      Pros

      Spring is the most supportive company I've ever worked for. They treat people like actual people with lives outside of work. They also hire the best of the best, so I get to work with very intelligent individuals. Most notably, I feel valued and appreciated at Spring. For the first time in my career, I am working for a company that I cannot imagine leaving.

      Cons

      There are few onsite meetings, so in-person collaboration is minimal.
