      Pros

      Upper leadership takes strong effort to listen to the employees. The management team I am on is stellar. I enjoy working with my lawyers as well. Very solid group of clinicians.

      Cons

      I work remotely and sometimes can feel out of touch with colleagues. I have to make a strong effort to make sure I have connections throughout the day as I'm doing work.
