- Mission - Flexibility - Clinical leadership has a very thoughtful approach to how care is conducted - Evidence based care - Measurement based care

Cons

- Very top down - Transitional (they are in that mid-size phase and struggling to find the right C-suite) - Poor performing managers stay if they have high performing teams - The culture and the values are not always aligned (red flag IMO when they added to the job description that employees are responsible for setting boundaries) - I am on a team where we are very underutilized/low stress but I hear that is not the norm

Management team is nice and empathetic. There are some nice coworkers around.

Cons

Lead takes forever to answer questions/concerns. Rude patients who will make you feel small.
