Pros

With the pandemic, Square 9 has opened up options to work from home or work from the office. The management team and ownership is available to any employee to have candid discussions without fear of reprisal. I don't feel micro-managed and have the ability to develop plans for success on my own or with feedback depending on my needs. Moving departments or increasing skillsets is also encouraged in order to find something that fits you better.

Cons

In some departments (not all), promotion might be limited.

Pros

Management is always very open about where we stand as a company. The last 1.5 years have rough for everyone but the leadership at Square 9 has made excellent decisions to ensure we came out stronger and were ready to rebound with the economy. This was amazingly achieved with very minimal impact to everyone. Everyone I work with is willing to help and provide their expertise to ensure my success.

Cons

I'm not a big fan of New Haven.
