Wage needs to be increased for sure Lots of pulling to other units with little report given. Very youth oriented, if you are young it's good , older be prepared to be left out of certifications , etc. Very click oriented.

The one downfall of this organization is the Human Resources department. It is pretty corrupt even with a new leader. It is the downfall of this organization. I've seen it with colleagues and great employees getting terminated for unjust reason but yet terrible managers and directors some how hang around like leaches. People talk and unfortunately this information is getting out. They continue to hire contractors to back fill positions of unjust terminations or for the people that left in general. They complain that the managed service budget is over goal. I'd hope that there is a study going on to why this us, I'm sure it will be blamed on burn-out. Worst HR departments I've ever seen in my career.
