Pros

Built great relationships with some co workers.

Cons

The favoritism and "clicks" are out of control! They have an open door policy but if you go to them it just puts a target on your back.

Pros

Raises over the past year. Gainsharing. Flexible self scheduling. Teamwork and definitely shown and coworkers always there for each other.

Cons

Could be more diverse ..clicks and favoritism throughout the unit. Constant pulling to other units. Call could be better. Parking for employees horrible

Cons

Too focused on making a profit. Often patient and employee has their hands tied because treatment conflicts with a religious value.
