Customers love the product. When customers love the product, we experience wins regularly. As a flat organization, members across the org connect with leadership and we all seem to be rowing in the same direction.

Cons

The cons are the opportunity. While teams within large companies use Stackla, we're in the process of building executive-level awareness.

Pros

Stackla is a start-up that talks the talk *and* walks the walk! We're solving a real and growing problem in the digital marketing world with a solid, enterprise-grade product that’s constantly evolving and a team of smart, passionate and down to earth people.

Cons

No real cons, just typical challenges you’d find at most start-ups that are being strategic with their growth: no 401K match, smaller teams, tighter budgets.

Pros

Awesome down to earth coworkers. Approachable management who cares about your career progression, aspirations, and work balance. Transparent company and people. Happy going into work each day!

Cons

Office is a bit distracting sometimes, but that's a start up. No 401k. Have a run club to raise money for a charity, but often feel like we can be doing more for the environment (or something else) as well. Some flexibility if you have a doctors appointment , but working from home isn't really an option as often as other companies.
