Pros

I worked for SHIP- Stamford health integrated practices. Aside from the management, the staff was awesome. They made the day bearable. Because people were always leaving, we had lots of parties. That's the only thing I miss.

Cons

Unorganized, unprofessional, horrible benefits, high turnover. Management was clueless. They hired airheads for supervisor, senior management & executives positions. Promotions & pay are a joke....they barely exists!

Pros

Good pay. New facility will be world class. Theoretically, this is a Planetree facility,which signifies patient centered care as well as care for the caregiver.

Cons

Planetree apparently no longer pertains to employees. Units, that were once "teams," are now groups of individuals beaten down by management and who are leaving the organization rapidly. Poor morale. Very poor middle management. Sadly, this will all negatively affect patient care.

Big spacious hospital, private rooms

Cons

Scary how little the residents know, mostly everything is deferred to day team. The hospitalists do not get sign out overnight therefore do not know their patients. Doctors are very rude and condescending to other staff members.
