Pros

Location is great. Some of the people are great to work for.

Cons

You only get promoted if you are part of the clique or associated with managent clique. They make up postions for people in their clique and don't allow anyone else to apply for the job. The management talks down to people, hollers at you, is abusive and unfair if you are not someone that is a department mole. People in the cliques get to do whatever they want and the people who have to work while they play are ridiculed by those who play and management says or does nothing about it.
