Pros

Benefits, and a flexible schedule.

Cons

Once you get into management, say goodbye to work-life balance. Also, management at the district level and up is extremely out of touch with the baristas and supervisors that deal with the every-day occurances that make their job tough. There are very few times when I saw someone praised when it wasn't forced.

Pros

They pay upfront for tuition at ASU Coworkers often become life long friends You get one free drink 30 minutes before your shift, one during your breaks, and one after your shift until 30 minutes.

Cons

The new CEO is running moral to the ground and management makes or breaks whether a store will be good to work at. At my store, management went severely downhill at the end, resulting in a toxic working environment.
