Pros

It offers very affordable benefits, and the perks for being a partner are quite good. (Free drinks while working, 30% off at other times or when buying for friends, 7 food markouts per week, and 1 free coffee bean markout per week) I've made many friends here and we have a lot of fun working together!

Cons

I work mornings and it is tough waking up that early all the time. If the store opens at 5am, openers need to be at the store by 4:30am. Recently, there has been a big push to lower drive-thru times and get as many customers through as possible, meanwhile we are also being judged on our store's 'customer connection score' (a score which is measured when customers fill out a survey online). We cant simultaneously get customers out fast AND take the time needed to 'make an effort to get to know the customer' (<- this is the survey question that affects the score).
