Pros

Fresh coffee anytime I need it.

Cons

The critics who don’t really know what goes on during training at starbucks. Those who just read the headlines and think all starbucks are bad because of the one fool who acted out and made the news.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We are very disappointed to hear about your experience. We are working to implement initiatives to encourage partners to unplug during the weekends. This kind of shift begins with our people leaders, so we will also be continuing to encourage partners to unplug when they leave work. It is our intent to ensure that everyone feels supported and cared for, and we will share this with our teams to ensure we continue to improve in this area.
