Stark is a great company to grow within. They are always promoting within and wanting employees to learn new things.

Cons

The systems are not necessarily easy for newcomers but once you get the hang of it, you can do everything.

Pros

Working for STARK is like joining a family! Everyone is so willing to help and share past experiences or what works for them. The training process is detailed and they truly set you up for success! Typically with is a company of this size you are just a number, but with STARK you are an employee, and you are person who is adding input, knowledge, and skills to achieve the end goal. We truly do work as a team and I couldn't imagine a job any where else!

The most beautiful environment. Amazing product. Incredible clientele. The manager in this store is amazing. Supportive, knowledgeable, fun and professional. The Team is amazing to work with. Great vibe in this location! The ONLY reason I left is because I moved.
